- If you have memorized the principle parts of the derived stems (Table 23.6, page 164) and the Qal strong verb paradigms, these two chapters should not be too difficult for you.
- Most of the staff are predictable.
- The “Nun” of the Niphal stem is either explicit as in Qatal (perfect) and participle or assimilated as in Yiqtol (imperfect) and infinitives.
- Notice in Table 31.6, page 232, that the Niphal participle MS takes the Niphal Qatal 3ms stem vowel and lengthens it when possible (from Pathach to Qamets).
